Key role Transaction Execution

11 years of experience in commercial real estate with a particular focus on transactions, structuring, financing and asset management.

At Trinova, Winston is responsible for transaction execution and debt sourcing across the commercial portfolio.

He is also responsible for investment management across Trinova residential strategies, including underwriting, transaction execution, debt sourcing, establishing operating companies and asset management.

Winston has led or been directly involved in over £600m of transactions and over £400m of loan originations across the UK and Belgium, and across the commercial and residential sectors. He has also been directly involved in a number of key value-enhancing asset management initiatives across Trinova’s portfolio.

He holds a BArch (Hons) from the University of Nottingham and an MArch and DipArch from UCL.
