At Trinova, Sam is responsible for managing discretionary fund vehicles, National UK investment strategies and development management activities.

Notable projects include establishing and managing a discretionary fund vehicle and the delivery of multiple complex development projects in Central London and the UK.

Prior to Trinova, Sam worked for CBRE Investment Management as a UK Fund Manager where he was responsible for transactions and asset management.

Sam is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and holds a BSc (Hons) in Land Management from Reading University.
