10 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on research, investment strategy, transactions and financing. At Trinova, Minuk is responsible for investment, portfolio financing and portfolio management.

Minuk has led or been directly involved in ca.£525m of loan originations, acquisitions and enforcements.

Prior to Trinova, Minuk was a Vice President at Nomura within the Real Estate and Securitised Products team focusing on debt origination and loan workout situations across Europe and across commercial and residential real estate.

Minuk holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.
