23 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance focussed on investment origination, transaction structuring and asset management.

At Trinova, Edmund is responsible for Central London investment activities in addition to oversight of activities in Europe and the US.

Prior to Trinova, Edmund spent 8 years at Bank of Ireland REIM where he was responsible for investments in the UK.

Edmund has transacted more than £1.3 billion worth of UK commercial property with a primary focus on the office and retail sectors. In addition Edmund has worked on a number of joint venture projects in the UK with partners such as British Land and Hammerson, and has transacted over â‚¬800m worth of assets in France, Belgium, Sweden and the US.

He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and holds a BSc. (Hons) in Business & Management from Trinity College Dublin.
