With 25 years of experience in residential and commercial property and asset management.

At Trinova, Andreas is responsible for asset and property management.

He has a solid track record of delivering business plan objectives and executing capex initiatives on behalf of his clients. Andreas has excellent understanding of technical and design issues and a strong focus on health and safety, compliance and codes of practice.

Andreas leads a team of like-minded individuals who care about what they do and subsequently meet the highest industry standards measured via a variety of metrics such as customer satisfaction, cost management and rent collection statistics.

In addition, Andreas is active in the residential market focused predominantly in Nottingham and the East Midlands. Having identified a number of value-add opportunities in the private rented sector, he currently divides his time between commercial property management and bolstering our growing presence within the PBSA and HMO markets.

Andreas holds a BA (Hons) Business Management from the University of Stirling, Scotland; an MSc. Real Estate Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics and an MPhil. Land Economy from the University of Cambridge.
