20+ years of multi-sector management experience, 12 years specialised in institutional investment into operational real estate. Key business functions include management, business strategy, investment, and asset management.

Adell is responsible for formulating residential investment strategies, and PBSA investment management for TriBell. In her role, Adell works across equity raising, deal sourcing, transactions, investment and asset management.

Prior to Tribell, Adell worked for Mapletree where she led the UK student housing business to maximise fund performance of over £1bn AUM (+9,500 beds)

Adell holds an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge, an MBA from Warwick University, and a Diploma in Business Management (Hospitality) from Northern Sydney Institute.
