Trinova Sells BAE’s Christchurch Office Campus

Trinova Real Estate, along with investment manager Morood Investment Company, has completed the sale of Grange Road Business Park in Christchurch, Dorset to a private client of Jade Merchant Bank for circa £29.1m.

The 150,000 sq ft campus is fully let to defence, security and aerospace group BAE Systems until 2031 and provides a mixture of office, research and light industrial accommodation.

The demand for secure long-dated income streams presented an attractive opportunity to achieve an attractive exit, with a view to reinvesting in other exciting opportunities for this mandated separate account.”
