Trinova secures lease commitment at 33 Kingsway after major overhaul project
Trinova and STARS REI are delighted to announce a renewed lease commitment for 6,700sq ft. with Rithum CA (formerly Channel Advisors) at 33 Kingsway, which is nearing completion of a major overhaul.
The 60,000sq ft building was acquired by Trinova on behalf of STARS REI in 2019 and has been undergoing a significant re-positioning project to create a contemporary, classy and environmentally friendly home for current and future occupiers. Expecting to achieve a BREEAM Excellent accreditation, Active Score Platinum and a future-proofed EPC rating, the building is being converted from gas to electric and will provide best in class tenant amenities. Rithum CA have agreed to extend their stay in the building for a further 5 years, recognising the convenience of its location adjacent to Covent Garden with excellent transport connectivity, and the appeal of remaining in what will be a best in class office environment.
