Trinova makes second Belgian acquisition

Trinova Real Estate has completed the acquisition of two office buildings situated at 26 rue des Deux Eglises and 21 rue Marie Therese, in the European District of Brussels. This follows the recent acquisition of Avenue des Communautes 100 in Brussels, which is the headquarters of construction firm Besix. The two newly acquired buildings are located a short walk from the European Commission and European Parliament, and are at acquisition 75% leased to nine tenants.
