Following the trend of recent successful leasing activity in the building, Marks Sattin has acquired a full-fitted suite on the 3rd Floor of the building on a 5-year lease. Founded in 1988, Marks Sattin is a leading recruitment specialist with offices across the UK and Europe and is part of the global Gi Group..

 

The letting reflects the highly successful strategy implemented at Minerva to refurbish vacant suites to a high end, fully fitted specification., which has also attracted new tenants Ecorys and Aqua Consultants to the building, minimising void periods and securing significant headline rental growth. The building is now fully occupied, with one suite expected to become available later this year.
