Trinova has completed five leases in quick succession at their GreenYard office property in Brussels. The recently refurbished property comprises 4,936 sqm across two buildings fronting rue des Deux Églises and rue Marie Thérèse connected by a communal garden and car park.

SGI Europe, a public sector lobby group, and ACT Europe, the Association of Commercial Television and Video on Demand Services, have agreed long term lease renewals at the rue des Deux Églises building through 2030-32.  In addition, The European Digital SME Alliance have just completed a lease expansion at the building, taking an additional floor at the Rue Marie Thérèse building.

Bussola, a non-governmental organization dedicated to a strong relationship between the Gulf Cooperation Council and the EU, and two charitable organisations, World Vision and Save the Children have all relocated to the rue Marie Thérèse building on new long term leases.

GreenYard is situated within the Brussels European district, a short walk from the metro at Arts-Loi, and in close proximity to the European Parliament and European Commission and multiple other EU and Belgian administrative bodies.

Edmund Costello, Partner at Trinova commented “Securing a combination of lease renewals from our existing tenants alongside being able to welcome new occupiers is testament to the quality of the environment of GreenYard and the strength of its location.  We have great leasing momentum at the building and our team are working to bring the property to fully leased in the short term.

Trinova actively manage 5 properties in the Brussels market, totalling over 37,000 sqm covering the EU, North, South and Decentralised sub-markets.
