Trinova Completes Final Merck House Letting

Trinova Real Estate has secured a new lease with Utility Point over the final floor at Merck House less than two months after the acquisition of the building. The letting completed at £18.00 psf, meaning the property is now fully let to tenants including BNY Mellon, Sigma Aldrich, Carphone Warehouse and Mazars.
