Trinova completes acquisition of South Coast office

Trinova Real Estate have completed on the acquisition of Merck House, Poole, from Titan Property Developments for £12m. The property comprises 55,000 sq ft of office accommodation in the centre of the south coast city, and is home to well-known occupiers including BNY Mellon, Sigma Aldrich, Mazars and the Carphone Warehouse.
