TRIBELL and STARS REI ANNOUNCE THE ACQUISTION OF 36 KIRBY ST, LONDON

Tribell, a subsidiary of Trinova Real Estate have announced the acquisition of Kirby Street Residence, in London on behalf of STARS REI. The seller LUCKY DELTA is a Hong Kong based consortium. The acquisition continues Tribell’s strategic acquisition program for residential rental assets in the UK.

The Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) building is located at 36-43 Kirby St, and has excellent connections to public transport, 3 minutes walk to Farringdon Station (direct access to London Heathrow via the new Elizabeth line tube), 15 minutes walk to the London School of Economics (LSE), the University of the City of London and King’s College University.

Kirby St Residence comprises 128 larger than standard studio rooms, a common room, office, outdoor courtyards, bike storage and additional commercially leased space. The residence boasts stunning views of the Shard, St Pauls Cathedral and the City of London from the upper floors.
