Background

With our track-record of providing clients with a first-class, hands-on, property management service, we were invited to look after a private residential home in the heart of Paris, France. Drawing on our disciplined approach and eye for detail, we applied the same rigorous standards as we do on our commercial assets. Our client is able to divide his time across multiple jurisdictions knowing that when it is time to return to Paruis, his home is ready for him to occupy.

Scope

Our duty is to ensure that the property is secure and operational with all systems and facilities in full working order. Furthermore, we ensure that the property is compliant with the latest health and safety legislation and that the energy consumption is as low as possible. We also directly manage the in-house staff and work with the contractors and suppliers to ensure our client always receives value for money for the services provided.

Successes

Since our involvement with the property, we have successfully reduced the running costs of the building by pro-actively managing the system’s operating levels and by upgrading plant and equipment, where possible.
