Key role Transaction Execution

12 years of experience in commercial real estate with a particular focus on transactions, structuring, financing and asset management.

At Trinova, Winston is responsible for investment and asset management. This includes the development of technology and KPI platforms, provision of client reporting, underwriting, structuring and debt sourcing.

Prior to his existing role in Trinova, Winston managed over £600m of transactions and over £400m of loan originations across the UK and Belgium commercial and residential sectors for Trinova. He was also directly involved in a number of key value-enhancing asset management initiatives across Trinova’s portfolio.

He holds a BArch (Hons) from the University of Nottingham and an MArch and DipArch from UCL.
