GOBRITANYA AND TRIBELL COMPLETE THE ACQUISTION OF BRIGGATE STUDIOS, LEEDS

Tribell, part of the Trinova Real Estate, has completed the acquisition of Briggate Studios, in Leeds on behalf of GOBRITANYA from Studious IM.

The Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) building is located at 12 Briggate, Leeds, and has excellent connections to public transport, being 3 minutes walk to Leeds train Station (direct access to London), 3 minutes walk to Leeds Trinity City Campus, 15 minutes walk to the Leeds Beckett University, 20 minute walk to the University of Leeds and a 9 minute walk to The University of Law, Leeds.

Briggate Studios comprises 86 newly delivered premium studios, a common room, a large reception with study spaces, bike storage and a cinema room. The building is perfectly situated in the city centre with all the amenities of the vibrant city of Leeds on the doorstep.
