TRINOVA SECURES TWO MORE LEASES AT 33 KINGSWAY, STRONG LETTING MOMENTUM CONTINUES
Trinova is delighted to announce the signing of two new leases at 33 Kingsway across the entirety of the 3rd Floor with Rice Search Partners and Zanders (UK) Limited.
Rice Search Partners, a global executive search boutique, will occupy c.3,700 sq ft whilst Zanders (UK) Limited, a leading global independent treasury and risk consulting firm, will occupy the remaining c.2,700 sq ft.
These lettings continue the strong leasing momentum at 33 Kingsway following the comprehensive refurbishment of the 60,000 sq ft building led by Trinova on behalf of STARS REI.
