Trinova Secures Long-Term Lease with Property Market Analysis at 33 Kingsway
Trinova is delighted to announce the signing of a new 15-year lease with Property Market Analysis, the leading independent global property research consultancy, for the recently repositioned office building at 33 Kingsway in London.
This significant new letting is the first since Trinova led the redevelopment of the 60,000sqft building on behalf of STARS REI, and highlights the quality and convenience, as well as the sustainability and well-being credentials, that 33 Kingsway now offers.
The striking new entrance and reception, combined with the boutique style end of journey facilities, all designed by Rolfe Judd Architects, and autonomous gym with high-tech, interactive equipment dedicated to the building’s occupants, will offer existing and prospective tenants amenities that sets 33 Kingsway apart from the competition. The building is expected to achieve a BREEAM Excellent certification, and has already secured a Platinum Active Score accreditation, with on-floor EPC B ratings being achieved as part of the building’s conversion to fully electric energy sources.
Property Market Analysis will occupy the top Floor of the 10-storey building, with another Floor pre-let and advanced negotiations taking place with a further two potential tenants, demonstrating the popularity of the revamped building, and the wider buoyancy of the Midtown occupier market.
“We are thrilled to welcome Property Market Analysis to 33 Kingsway,” said Mike McCarrick, Head of Asset Management at Trinova. “Their decision to secure a long-term lease is a testament to the exceptional quality and sustainability features of our recently transformed building, as well as the variety of local amenities and strong transport links that Midtown has to offer.”

We’re especially proud of the focus on employee well-being, a core value at Stars.
