Trinova Real Estate closely monitored the buying activity of UK local councils throughout 2016 and 2017. This activity distorted the market and provided poor value for money for the UK taxpayer. In collaboration with The Sunday Times, Trinova contributed to a piece of investigative journalism which explored this in detail.
